Donley Ford in Mount Vernon service department did an excellent job getting my car serviced and performing the things I requested done in a very timely manner. Zak the Customer Service rep that worked with me did a fantastic job following up with me and making sure everything was completed as asked. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Zak in service is amazing and will go above and beyond for you. I had my engine and transmission replaced, and the process was very smooth. Hats off to the mechanics as well, they did a thorough job and worked as fast as they could to get my truck back to me. I know sometimes dealerships can be a daunting experience, but Donley really impressed me. Smooth and easy process!

I’ve had my Escape serviced at Donley Ford since I moved to the area 3 years ago. The wait time is always reasonable. Most recently, Zak at the service desk was courteous and helpful. He applied my existing rewards points to the invoice, which reduced the cost of my oil change significantly.
