As always, excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable people, great service. Highly recommended for new car sales and leasing. Darla, Tina, Jeff and Leah in service go above and beyond to service the vehicle after the sale. Everyone clearly values the customer.

The service representatives at Donley Ford of Mt. Vernon are the best. Jeff, Tina, and Leah are always very friendley and helpful above and beyond any requirements or standards. I could get service much closer to home, but I will not even consider going anywhere else.

Once again, the service department hit it out of the ballpark. Leah and Tina were friendly and so helpful (like always), and the service guys were awesome. I brought my Fleet truck in for service, and it was done within an hour. I didn't even have enough time to finish my shopping at Rural King when they called and said, my truck was ready. Always a great experience and a magnificent staff in the service department.

Another great car buying experience at Donley Ford Mount Vernon. Brian was helpful in finding our car and fun to work with. We would not buy a vehicle anywhere else, not only because of the ease in the process but also our relationship with Tina, Leah and Jeff in the service department. This is a very good team and they take good care of customers.
