Jim and Mike made the process of buying my first car so easy and quick and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Went to look at a Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jim Casebolt was very helpful and was extremely professional. I really appreciated his knowledge and friendly conversation. My only complaint about the exchange was the excessive amount of time that took place to close this deal. 4 hours was a bit much and was exhausting. My advice to the dealership would be to improve the time it takes to complete the purchase. I must say though that the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to do business with Sponsler-Donley Ford.

My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for some time now. We have visited several dealerships in the eastern part of Ohio. From Steubenville, Youngstown, East Liverpool, Minerva, Marietta, Columbus, Cambridge, Millersburg, Canton, North Canton, and several more along the way. We had a certain criteria for what we were looking for. This was when we made the trip to Donley Ford in Mt. Vernon. Very nice web site and had several interesting options. We called, now they had computer line issues in there community that day and had no phone. We live just over 2 hours away and did not want to make the trip without knowing if they were not open. We called the Galion location wanting to know the situation at Mt. Vernon. The employee I spoke to, Brian, went the extra mile to find out what was going on and phone us right back with all the information we needed to head that way. This is when we meet Jim Casebolt, sales & leasing. The vehicle we had asked about was parked and ready for inspection. Jim meet us at the vehicle and there was not a question he could not answer, and we grilled him. He probable thought he was under interrogation but he stayed right with us answering questions as fast as we could go. We also inquired about several other vehicles and again, it was like he had owned each one we asked about. The building was extremely clean. The staff is friendly, which you expect, but do not always get. The location is right on 36 coming into Mt. Vernon, can not miss it. Large facility with a huge inventory. Plenty to compare. In many of our visits at other dealerships I feel as though I am being directed to what the salesman wants me to buy. Jim's approach was refreshing, you tell us what you want and we will try to satisfy your needs. That is a concept that not many businesses have today. Well, I will close by saying that our vehicle search has come to an end. We left Donley Ford with the vehicle that meet all of our criteria and we are now extremely happy. I flew in from out of state to buy a late model used Mazda 3 Hatchback with a 6 speed manual transmission from Jim at Donley Ford. All I can say is wow! It was truly extremely easy, and great folks to make it even better. Everything finance wise was handled via text and I flew in the next day to Columbus where the dealer had arranged for their driver Steve to pick me up from the airport- He was polite, courteous, and on time. There was no need to haggle the price of the vehicle as it was priced more than fair, which saved a lot of time. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was very smooth and they were very patient with me so I could get everything established with the down payment. Alicia was amazing!
