The trunk on my Lincoln would not open. Of course these things happen after hours or on a holiday weekend which was my case. The automated trunk latch wasn't working and causing my battery to run down. I contacted Donley and began a text message with them for a service appointment. I agreed to a Tuesday appointment. I mistakenly showed up at the time assigned but on the wrong Tuesday, one week early! I grumbled do I have to jump start my car for another week? I'm holding back my emotions as I got the car less than 30 days ago. Jeff said let's see if we can work you in today and he did! Now that's great service! I also had a large stone in my tire tread and I needed a battery in my remote, I couldn't seem to open it after looking it up in the instructions in the manual. Jeff called with news that the Lincoln needed a new trunk module and that it would be ready the next day. I was treated very well and recommend Donley Ford Sales and Service department they are a total 5 star customer service package! Judy Blair

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte from Donley Ford. So to start my review, the salesman was Brian and he met my every need. He was polite and upfront about everything. Purchased the Extended Warranty, as the Kia I purchased is a rare breed of Fortes and has so many gadgets in it. I paid cash, and they really suggested I get the warranty on the vehicle, so I did with no regrets. It just went in today for the warranty work (Tie rod end) the service department is the reason for my review honestly. Jeff is everything a service department needs. I felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. My car only took one hour (give or take a few minutes) and he called for me To come get my car. I was thanked for my patience (scheduling mistake) I paid my deductible and left. So nice to have such good service at a local ford!! I will easily any day purchase my next vehicle from THIS Donley Ford!!

Tyler was great from the start when we walked onto the car lot . He was very friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted . He also knew what was most important to me and helped me find the perfect truck for what I wanted to spend. He is by far one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many and been in sales myself. I have always been a Donley customer and if you ask me they’re very lucky to have him on your team ! The finance guy Jeff was nice too and helped me understand everything I was signing and very patient with all my questions. I appreciate the teamwork ! Tyler is truly great at what he does and you can tell he enjoys working with his customers! Thank you again !
