If I could give this dealership and crew 10 stars, I would. I have bought a lot of cars since I was 16 (I'm 52) & I have to say this was by far one of, if not, the best experience I have ever had. I found that they had a 2007 GT500 with 4400 miles listed. I had one in 2007 and had to sell it just a few years later so I was hoping I could get my dream car back. I reached out online late evening. A little after 9am the next day I was contacted by text as requested. I texted back and forth with DJ while at work letting him know barring some odd set back I wanted to purchase the car. I sent them my proposal and with minimal back and forth we moved forward. With the age of the car I was concerned with securing financing with out a large down payment. Within 15 minutes they came back with an "all done". You are good to go and financed! I was amazed. They then stated that if I couldn't come in that same day I could give them a deposit to hold it or I could docu-sign and they'd deliver it to me the next day! Deliver it? I'm an hour away! I requested walk around videos, engine bay videos, and exhaust note video which again were sent to me in no time! I signed online and the car was delivered to me the next day at 2pm as I requested. Gabe, Chad & everyone involved made this a seamless buying experience. I now have my dream car! I own a family business in Columbus and am in need of delivery vehicles from time to time. Donley is now my first go to for my vehicle needs! Also, I suggest asking for Gabe. I could tell he likes what he does and loves cars!
