Our salesman (Chad Keaton) was remarkable - professional and courteous beyond his years. Chad had moved our vehicle up front for our viewing before we got there. He greeted us just inside the door and even gave us the option of going with us for the test drive so he could answer our questions as they arose. When we returned, he went back and spoke to the service team right away with a question I had. The service team worked on and resolved the issue immediately before we even got to the numbers (price and financing). Donley's financing team was honest and mindful of our needs. We were approved with less than perfect credit in a very short time. Signing paperwork was easy and the finance manager was thorough so we knew the details up front. Chad was great to work with. There was proactive communication leading up to my appointment at the dealership with my wife answering any questions I had and he was very personable throughout the whole process of trading in my Mazda3 hatchback and buying a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited.
