I can’t express how smooth my process was at donley ford in Mount Vernon. My cars salesman was Owen and he helped explain all my options and let me test drive multiple cars. While going through this process Brad one of the managers, worked with Owen and ran numbers on a few cars I was interested in. They kept me right at my desired monthly payment and I took home an amazing 2025 lease. I can’t thank Owen and Brad enough for finding the exact car I was looking for and getting me all the bells and whistles as well. Owen also explain everything within my car and helped me set up my Apple car play and my ford app. He definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend going through him when purchasing or leasing a vehicle at ford. Gabe and Brad are awesome. Went in at the end of December, bought a Nissan Armada and unbeknownst to the team at Donley it had an issue with the EVAP system the same day I drove it off the lot. After bringing this issue to them, they did everything in their power to make the situation right. Brad is a very honest man, and Gabe was extremely helpful through the whole process. Next time I need a car I will definitely be back to buy from them!
